Catherine de Castro - Training Co-ordinator
Catherine de Castro has worked for The Environmental Health Consultancy for over 7 years as Training Coordinator. Catherine's main responsibilities include the development of all HACCP certificates, development of clients' dashboards in relation to food safety audit results, together with all training certificates from courses that are facilitated by EHC staff. Juliet, our Australian auditor has worked for EHC for almost twenty years on a part-time capacity. Juliet travels frequently to Asia, the Pacific region, Europe, America and locally in Australia to undertake food safety audits and provide food safety training to a variety of hotel groups, food manufacturers and aged care facilities. Juliet enjoys working with our clients to assist and guide them to improve their food safety standards. Christina von Gemmingen - Food Safety AuditorChristina has had a career in the pharmaceutical industry for 30 years working in several countries including Canada, in the Asia-Pacific region and in Europe. Initially in her career she worked as an R&D scientist in analytical laboratories and then pivoted to global business development at an executive level negotiating and managing licensing contracts between researchers and/or international pharmaceutical companies. Christina now brings her broad experience and skills to the food industry as well. She has experience in auditing and processes thereof, familiar with industrial pilot-scale and commercial scale manufacturing.
