Services we offer regarding these allegations are food samples, swabs of surfaces and any other means of evidence to be tested to investigate the alleged source of contamination.
During such alleged incidents, communication between the Environmental Health Consultancy and the client will be dealt with on a very professional level and will be highly prioritized.
We can also make representation to the complainant or a government agency, if required.
Testing of Food Samples and Swabs
EHC can organize with your company to periodically take food samples, water samples, surface swabs and glass swabs for microbial analysis.
A certificate of analysis is issued after receiving the test results together with a practical interpretation of the results.
All testing is conducted by a 3rdparty NATA accredited laboratory and EHC will interpret the results on the client's behalf.
