EHC was started by Kirwin Hamman in 1996 and has this year been operating for 20 years, supporting businesses throughout the world on all continents.
EHC works with businesses of all sizes to ensure that their clients develop, implement and maintain the highest possible standards of food safety.
All EHC food safety auditors are registered with Exemplar Global. Exemplar Global certification provides global recognition for all food safety auditors. Our auditors have over 30 years' combined experience in providing information to the food industry.
EHC also provides other food safety services, including food safety training to all levels; EHC is a registered training organisation with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Officers (C.I.E.H). EHC also offers food safety program developments to meet a variety of different international food safety management systems and provides advice on design and construction of new builds together with assistance in dealing with any food contamination allegations.
EHC has offices in Sydney, Australia and Shanghai, China but operates globally ensuring that clients have complete coverage in relation to food safety matters.
